Shaw's Ice Cream was established in 1948 by Carl Shaw and his family. Since this time, our operation has maintained a long tradition of producing fine quality ice cream. What's the secret to making such great tasting ice cream you ask? Well its no secret at all, we simply use only the best ingredients and of course real Canadian cream! We take time in sourcing the purest flavourings, fruits, and dairy ingredients to bring to you what we consider the worlds best ice cream! Shaw's is currently owned and operated by sisters Kristine, Kelly and Kim. Need to find us, or just want to chat about ice cream? We are often found in our production room carefully making our famous products, or on the delivery truck ensuring that there is always fresh ice cream for our customers. You might even find us serving up splits in our dairy bar, or just sitting back enjoying a big scoop of our favourite flavour. In fact we love our ice cream so much we eat as much as we can and whatever is left over we sell to you!
